Stream and lake fishing galore! Suggested Itinerary

Ride the LADY EXPRESS to Stehekin where we will pick you up for the for a ride up the road then a 4 mile hike into Bridge Creek Camp. We will pack a lunch to enjoy in route. There will be time to do bit of fishing in Bridge Creek this afternoon or lounge by the big swimming hole near the bridge.

9 miles up the Pacific Crest trail to Fireweed (elevation 3800’). This is a pretty day in the heart of the Cascades. There are plenty of fishing opportunities on the way, and at camp.

Today, 7 miles will take you past pretty McAlester Lake (a great lunch stop and fishing hole) as you travel on to McAlester Pass, then on up to Hidden Meadows (elevation 6600’).

We will layover here for a day. This is a wonderful high camp that offers myriad hikes to explore the scenic ridges or fishing in one of the many nearby lakes.

We’ll hike out 11 miles, in time to catch the Lady II at 2:00 in Stehekin for the return trip to Chelan.
